01 B2B Trade & Quotation Policy
Elistro Eyewear operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) optical frame designer and manufacturer supplying licensed optical practices, independent optometrists, eyewear retail chains, and international wholesale distributors. Product listings, technical specifications, and indicative price ranges presented on this digital platform serve trade inquiry purposes and do not represent binding retail offers.
All wholesale quotations, freight estimates, tier-based discounts, and currency settlements are officially generated and confirmed through formal Proforma Invoices (PI) issued directly by our dealer management team.
Standard Commercial Validation
Wholesale quotations remain commercially valid for thirty (30) calendar days from formal issuance, accounting for raw material market fluctuations in premium cellulose acetate and aerospace-grade titanium.
02 Dealer Qualification & Minimum Orders (MOQ)
To preserve counter integrity, regional brand equity, and selective distribution ethics, wholesale accounts are verified prior to initial order processing. Prospective dealers must provide verifiable business registration, optical retail licensing, or professional distribution credentials.
- Initial Trial Orders: Flexible minimum order quantities (MOQ) tailored to independent boutique optical stores seeking curated opening stock across core silhouettes.
- Replenishment Cycles: Stock replenishment orders may be consolidated across acetate, stainless steel, and titanium frame references based on active inventory turn.
- Regional Exclusivity Agreements: Protected geographic distribution agreements require agreed-upon annual volume targets evaluated bi-annually.
03 Batch Consistency & Manufacturing Tolerances
Elistro optical frames are hand-finished using high-density cellulose acetate sheets, precision hinges, and hand-polished temple profiles. Due to the authentic nature of organic acetate extrusion and custom color blending, subtle variations in tortoiseshell depth, tortoise pattern distribution, and crystalline translucency naturally occur between distinct manufacturing batches.
Standard dimensional tolerances conform rigorously to international optical manufacturing benchmarks (ISO 12870 standard for ophthalmic frames), ensuring seamless lens glazing, cold/warm insertion, and professional face alignment by certified dispensing opticians.
04 Payment, Currency & Dispatch Logistics
International commercial transactions are conducted via established B2B banking mechanisms, including secure Wire Transfer (T/T) and documentary Letters of Credit (L/C) for bulk freight contracts. Official currencies accepted include USD, EUR, and select regional clearing denominations.
- Fulfillment Schedules: Ready-to-ship catalog stock dispatches within 3 to 7 business days following commercial payment clearance.
- Custom Batch Runs: Tailored production runs, OEM configurations, or volume restocking are scheduled with a 35 to 55-day manufacturing lead cycle.
- Export Packaging: Consignments are packed in protective export-grade cartons, with each optical frame complete in its individual 5-piece retail presentation packaging (hard case, luxury gift box, microfiber lens cloth, tote bag, and authenticity warranty card).
05 Limited Warranty & Claims Resolution
Every frame leaving our Kathmandu quality assurance workshop undergoes strict multi-point optical inspection covering bridge symmetry, barrel screw torque, temple alignment, and surface lamination. Elistro frames carry a comprehensive twelve (12) month limited manufacturer warranty covering structural integrity and component craftsmanship.
In the rare event of transit damage or material defect, authorized stockists may submit visual batch documentation within fourteen (14) days of consignment receipt for prompt commercial credit or immediate batch replacement.
