Question 1

Who can buy wholesale optical frames from Elistro Eyewear?

Accepted Answer

Elistro works with trade buyers: independent optical shops, multi-store optical chains, eye-care clinics and regional eyewear distributors. Dealer terms are shared after a business is reviewed through the Dealer Inquiry page.

Question 2

Which countries does Elistro supply?

Accepted Answer

Elistro is based in Kathmandu and actively serves optical retailers and distributors in Nepal, India, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Bangladesh. Distributors in other markets are welcome to contact the team to discuss supply.

Question 3

Which frame materials are available?

Accepted Answer

The collection covers cellulose acetate frames in tortoiseshell, black, blue and green, plus metal frames in stainless steel and titanium. Six of the thirteen Elistro silhouettes are metal.

Question 4

What do frame measurements such as 53-19-145 mean?

Accepted Answer

The three numbers are millimetres: 53 is the lens width, 19 is the bridge width between the lenses, and 145 is the temple (arm) length. Elistro lists these measurements for every model so opticians can match frames to customer face sizes.

Question 5

What is included with every Elistro frame?

Accepted Answer

Each frame ships with five branded pieces: a shopping bag, a gift box, a rigid frame case, a microfibre cleaning cloth and an authenticity and warranty card.

Question 6

How do I get dealer pricing and stock availability?

Accepted Answer

Shortlist the SKUs you are interested in, then submit your business details through the Dealer Inquiry page. The Elistro team responds with dealer pricing, availability and ordering guidance.

Question 7

Are Elistro frames hand-finished?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Acetate fronts are cut, filed and polished by hand, hinges are set and aligned, and every finished frame is cleaned and inspected before dealer dispatch.
